    • You are able to leave the room during the booked period.  However, please remember to take your student card and the PIN number assigned to the booking with you, as you will need these to re-access the room
    • Should you wish to vacate the study room early, you are able to cancel the remaining booked hours on the study room booking system

    Booking terms and conditions

    1. A maximum of 12 bookings a week, per person, can be booked.
    2. Each booking is for a maximum of 2 hours. Multiple bookings can be made back-to-back.
    3. Bookings can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.
    4. You must activate your booking by entering the PIN within the first 15 minutes. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of your booking and will enable others to book your time slot.
    5. A separate PIN is issued for each booking. Back-to-back bookings will each have a different PIN number which must be entered within the first 15 minutes of that booking start time.
    6. Entering a study room early will be considered as a separate booking. You will still need to enter your original booking PIN number within the first 15 minutes of the session. Please note; the system works on an hour basis therefore if a booking is less than this, an hour will be deducted from your weekly allowance.
    7. You can make a last minute booking at the study room door by following the on screen instructions displayed above the keypad. These bookings should be more than 15 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours at a time.
    8. Failing to claim a booked room on 6 occasions will result in a 28 day suspension where you will be unable to make further bookings. Block bookings on the system are regarded as a single booking.
    9. Rooms should be vacated promptly at the end of the booked period
