Wireless Printing
The Wireless printing process works in the same way as printing from a University Open Access PC. When you print from your laptop the document will be sent to a queue and you will then be able to select and print the document on any of the standard Open Access Canon Printers. Please read all of the following:

In order to print wirelessly you will need:

1. A Laptop/Notebook running a Windows operating System such as XP, Vista, Windows 7 or 8 or running Mac 0S 10.5/10.6/10.8

2. An active wireless connection to Eduroam

3. Your University username and password

4. Credit on your print account

  • What can I Print?

You will be able to print standard A4 and A3 documents in black & white or colour from your Laptop as you would from a normal Open Access machine. You will NOT be able to print to any of the large format printers.

  • Where can I Print?

You can print to any Open Access Standard/Colour Printer including those in the Babbage Building and the Charles Seale-Hayne Library.

Please follow the relevant guide below in order to set up Wireless printing on your laptop.
